Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Options & Charges

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

1. Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days

  • Cost: £3.99

2. Next Day Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Next business day (orders must be placed before the cut-off time*)

  • Cost: £6.99

3. Free Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Based on Standard or Next Day delivery, depending on location and availability

  • Cost: Free

  • Automatically applied to orders with a total value of £50 or more

Please note: Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number(s) and a link to track your shipment online.
